Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate physical therapy care to pediatric patients
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans
• Adapt therapeutic interventions to meet each child’s unique needs
• Document patient progress accurately and timely
• Support families and caregivers with education and guidance

Qualifications

• Current Oregon Physical Therapist (PT) license
• BLS certification for healthcare providers
• Experience in pediatric or hospital-based physical therapy preferred
• Ability to work flexible, as-needed shifts

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of pediatric development and rehabilitation techniques
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach
