Roles & Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients and families with warmth and professionalism
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments efficiently
• Register patients and verify insurance information accurately
• Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries with care
• Maintain accurate patient records and update demographic information
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
• Experience in a healthcare setting is an advantage
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using electronic health records and scheduling systems

Knowledge & Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with computer systems and EHR software
• Empathy and patience when working with patients and families
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
