Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the orthodontist during exams and procedures
• Prepare and sterilize instruments for each patient
• Take dental X-rays and impressions as directed
• Educate patients on braces care and oral hygiene
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes
• Deliver a warm and welcoming experience for every patient

Qualifications

• Completion of a dental assistant training program or equivalent experience
• Current radiography/X-ray certification preferred
• Experience in orthodontics is a bonus, but a willingness to learn is just as valuable
• A friendly, caring attitude and a team-player mindset
• Ability to work Monday-Friday, 12:30 PM - 8:00 PM

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational ability
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Basic proficiency with dental software and recordkeeping
