Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist orthodontist during patient examinations and procedures, ensuring a smooth experience
• Prepare and sterilize instruments to maintain a safe, hygienic environment
• Take dental X-rays and impressions to support accurate treatment planning
• Educate patients on proper orthodontic care and oral hygiene
• Maintain detailed patient records and treatment documentation
• Work collaboratively with a friendly team to deliver excellent patient care

Qualifications

• Orthodontic Assistant Certification is required
• Previous orthodontic assisting experience is a plus
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
• Strong communication and patient interaction skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dental office

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of orthodontic instruments and procedures
• Skilled in taking dental X-rays and impressions
• Familiarity with dental practice management software (Denticon)
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach
