Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform thorough dental cleanings and prophylaxis
• Take and develop dental x-rays with precision
• Conduct patient assessments and document medical histories
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care techniques
• Assist dentists seamlessly during procedures
• Sterilize instruments and maintain a spotless operatory

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin Dental Hygiene license required
• Associate degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
• Prior clinical experience in a dental practice is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-first mindset

Knowledge & Skills

• Comprehensive knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and instruments
• Proficient in digital x-ray techniques
• Excellent patient education and communication skills
• Comfortable with electronic health records
• Detail-oriented with excellent manual dexterity
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
