Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional preventive dental care, including cleanings and oral hygiene instruction
• Educate patients on maintaining healthy smiles and proper oral care techniques
• Assist the dentist with examinations and procedures
• Take and develop dental X-rays
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure a comfortable, welcoming environment
• Sterilize instruments and uphold infection control standards

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Wisconsin (or eligible to obtain)
• Graduate from an accredited dental hygiene program
• Current CPR certification
• Experience in dental hygiene preferred, but new grads welcome
• Strong communication and patient care skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and instruments
• Familiarity with dental radiography and X-rays
• Understanding of infection control and OSHA standards
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a dental team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
