Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional preventive dental care and educate patients on oral hygiene best practices
• Perform thorough dental cleanings and periodontal therapy with a gentle touch
• Take and develop dental x-rays while ensuring patient comfort and safety
• Document patient care accurately and maintain detailed health records
• Collaborate closely with dentists and team members to deliver outstanding patient experiences

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Virginia
• Current CPR certification
• Experience in clinical dental hygiene preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care and safety

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and instrumentation
• Familiarity with digital radiography and dental software
• Strong attention to detail and infection control standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
