Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist orthodontists during examinations and procedures, ensuring a smooth patient experience
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment following strict infection control protocols
• Take and develop dental X-rays as directed by the orthodontist
• Provide patients with post-procedure care instructions and answer any questions
• Maintain accurate patient records using Denticon software
• Ensure the treatment area is clean, organized, and welcoming

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid orthodontic assisting certification
• Experience working as an orthodontic dental assistant in a fast-paced clinic
• Proficiency with Denticon dental software
• Current CPR certification (preferred, not required)

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of orthodontic procedures and materials
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Comfortable using dental technology and software
