Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional dental hygiene care, including cleanings and preventive treatments
• Educate patients on oral health practices and the importance of regular dental visits
• Collaborate with the dentist and dental assistants to deliver a seamless patient experience
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
• Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and treatment rooms
• Uphold infection control and safety standards to protect patients and staff

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in New Jersey
• Current CPR/BLS certification (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
• Experience in a dental office setting is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong understanding of dental hygiene procedures and instruments
• Knowledge of oral health and preventive care best practices
• Excellent patient education and chairside manner
• Attention to detail and strong clinical documentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with dental professionals
