Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver top-notch dental hygiene care to every patient you see
• Partner with dentists to provide exceptional treatment
• Educate patients on maintaining a healthy smile
• Capture high-quality x-rays and update patient records
• Keep instruments and operatory spots sanitized and ready

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Dental Hygienist license
• Current CPR certification
• Strong communication skills and a warm chairside manner
• Previous experience in a dental setting (but new grads welcome to apply!)

Education

• Associate's degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid grasp of dental hygiene techniques and best practices
• Comfortable using dental software for charting and records
• Understands infection control and sterilization standards
• A gentle, patient-focused approach
