Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the orthodontist during procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient patient flow
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments and equipment
• Take and pour dental impressions, fabricate and deliver orthodontic appliances
• Capture and develop digital X-rays for accurate diagnostic imaging
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care to promote healthy smiles
• Provide exceptional patient care, making each visit a positive experience

Qualifications

• Active Orthodontic Certification required
• Experience as a dental assistant, preferably in orthodontics
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong infection control and sterilization knowledge

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency with dental software and digital imaging systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail in patient records and clinical procedures
