Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide thorough dental cleanings and preventive care to patients of all ages
• Take and process dental X-rays to assist with accurate diagnoses
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and post-treatment care
• Document patient health histories and dental records meticulously
• Support the dentist during procedures and ensure a comfortable patient experience
• Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and operatories in line with infection control standards

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Wisconsin
• Current CPR certification (BLS for Healthcare Providers)
• Excellent communication skills and a patient-first attitude
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform clinical procedures
• New graduates encouraged to apply; we provide training and mentorship

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental hygiene best practices and periodontal therapy
• Proficiency with dental software and digital X-ray systems
• Understanding of HIPAA and patient confidentiality requirements
• Strong time management and organizational abilities
• Compassionate and clear interpersonal communication
• Commitment to continued learning in the dental field
