Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents and patients
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
• Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to the nursing team
• Support patients with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure safety and comfort
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for patients and staff
• Collaborate with nurses and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care

Qualifications

• Active LNA certification in Vermont or New Hampshire
• Valid BLS/CPR certification
• Must have completed the COVID-19 vaccine series or present a documented medical or religious exemption
• Must be able to provide a state or federal issued identification and wear a photo badge at all times
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus but not required
• Ability to pass background checks and meet facility compliance requirements

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of basic patient care techniques and medical terminology
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Compassionate, patient, and detail-oriented approach
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Physical stamina to assist with lifting and mobility support
