Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform thorough dental hygiene assessments and cleanings
• Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays)
• Document patient care and update medical histories
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques
• Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a smooth workflow

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Wisconsin
• Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program
• Current CPR certification
• Excellent clinical skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work the evening shift
• Commitment to providing outstanding patient care

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and sterilization protocols
• Skilled in patient education and oral health promotion
• Comfortable taking dental radiographs
• Strong documentation and EHR skills
• Excellent time management and organization
• Ability to build rapport with diverse patients
