Location: Fairfield, IA

Start Date: 08-10-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Night shift 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM, rotating weekends and holidays

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process
Direct and guide patient teaching and activities of ancillary personnel
Maintain high standards of professional nursing in a med-surg setting
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Document care accurately using Point Click EMR

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Current Iowa RN license (must be active)
BCLS (BLS) and ACLS required through American Heart Association
Experience in med-surg nursing preferred, but not required – new grads welcome to apply!

Proficient with Point Click EMR
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
