Shift Type: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform blood draws, injections, immunizations, and lab tests
Assist physicians in examinations by taking vitals and preparing patients
Keep exam rooms clean, stocked, and ready for procedures
Handle patient phone calls, provide instructions, and relay messages
Maintain medical records, complete referral forms and lab slips
Assist patients with mobility and comfort during exams and treatments
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure smooth clinical operations

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of current Medical Assistant experience
Previous travel experience highly preferred
Active American Heart Association BLS certification required
All licenses and certifications must be current at time of submission
Permanent address must be included in submission file
RTO (requested time off) must be included in submission
Supervisory signed reference from the past year of employment

Knowledge & Skills

Patient care and clinical support skills
Phlebotomy and specimen collection
Medical assisting procedures and certifications
BLS and emergency response knowledge
Adaptability and flexibility for travel assignments
Ability to work as part of a collaborative team
