End Date: 08-22-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 12-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, every other weekend required

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $36 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate hands-on care to residents, making a real difference in their daily lives
Collaborate with the healthcare team to create personalized care plans that truly matter
Monitor patient conditions closely and respond swiftly to ensure safety and comfort
Administer medications and treatments with precision and a caring touch
Foster a warm, supportive environment that feels like home for every resident

Qualifications

Active LPN license in good standing, ready for travel adventures
Current certifications including BLS, with a passion for resident care
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred

Education

Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills
Excellent communication and empathy with patients and teams
Proficiency in medication administration and documentation
Adaptability to thrive in dynamic care environments
