Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents at Pine Point Ctr
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered, monitoring patient responses
• Perform comprehensive assessments and document patient progress accurately
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and adjust care plans
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Uphold facility safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe environment

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in the state of Maine
• Must bring a state or federal issued identification and wear a photo badge at all times
• Completed original or updated COVID-19 vaccine, or documented religious/medical exemption
• Ability to work as a per diem nurse with flexible availability

Knowledge & Skills

• Clinical nursing skills including assessment, medication administration, and documentation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Adaptability to different patient care situations
• Knowledge of EHR systems
