Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality MRI scans while ensuring patient safety and comfort
• Operate GE MRI equipment and maintain accurate imaging documentation
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams to produce diagnostic images
• Prepare patients for procedures and explain the imaging process
• Adhere to hospital protocols and maintain a clean, safe environment
• Provide exceptional patient care and uphold patient experience standards

Qualifications

• Active ARRT certification with MRI advanced certification
• Florida DOH license as a Radiologic Technologist
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on MRI experience
• Experience with GE MRI equipment is a plus
• Strong communication and patient care skills

Knowledge & Skills

• MRI safety protocols and contrast administration
• GE equipment operation and troubleshooting
• Meditech documentation system
• Patient positioning and image quality optimization
• Knowledge of anatomy and pathology as it relates to MRI
• Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking
