Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to adult and geriatric patient populations in the Cardiovascular Lab
• Monitor physiologic and hemodynamic data during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
• Communicate continuously with physicians about patient condition
• Assess procedure room and equipment functioning to ensure readiness
• Assist with maintenance of equipment and inventory for the Cardiovascular Laboratory team
• Participate in performance improvement and continuous quality improvement activities

Qualifications

• Active state Registered Nursing (RN) License required
• Current BCLS (AHA) and ACLS certificates required upon hire and must be maintained
• One (1) year of clinical experience in a Cardiovascular Lab or Critical Care area required
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• DCI/BVP certification required
