Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, specialized care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, adjusting care plans as needed
• Administer medications and interventions with precision and empathy
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver optimal outcomes
• Document patient progress and communicate clearly with families
• Respond quickly to emergencies and changes in patient status

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license verified through Nursys
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• ICU nursing experience strongly preferred
• DCI/BVP certification as required by facility
• Must meet facility health requirements including immunizations, TB test, and physical
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong critical thinking and patient assessment skills
• Comfortable with critical care equipment and ventilator management
• Excellent communication and teamwork in fast-paced environments
• Empathy and compassion when caring for patients and families
• Proficiency with electronic health records and documentation
