Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to medical-surgical patients with a variety of conditions
• Assess patient health, monitor vital signs, and track changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
• Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and the healthcare team to create and adjust care plans
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatment plans, and aftercare
• Document patient information accurately and maintain thorough medical records
• Respond quickly and calmly to emergencies and changing patient needs

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing (compact license accepted for travel)
• At least 1 year of recent Med Surg nursing experience
• Comfortable with 12-hour night shifts
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
