Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents and patients
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered, monitoring for effectiveness
• Perform thorough clinical assessments and document findings accurately
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and adjust care plans
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and self-care

Qualifications

• Current, active LPN or RN license in the state of Maine
• BLS certification required
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption
• Valid government-issued photo ID for registry compliance
• Ability to pass background and drug screenings

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

• Clear communication with patients, families, and team members
• Quick adaptability to new facilities and protocols
