Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to residents and patients
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor vital signs and report changes in condition
• Document patient care accurately and timely
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and the healthcare team
• Ensure comfort, safety, and dignity for every patient

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
• Must bring state or federal issued identification and wear a photo badge at all times
• Ability to work overnight shifts and adapt to different units

Knowledge & Skills

• Medication administration and documentation
• Wound care and treatment application
• Patient assessments and vital sign monitoring
• Electronic health record (EHR) documentation
• Infection control practices and safety protocols
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
