Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care, including cleanings and examinations
• Educate patients on oral health and preventative care techniques
• Take and develop dental X-rays with precision
• Document patient care and maintain accurate dental records
• Adhere to strict sterilization and infection control protocols
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure an excellent patient experience

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of Wisconsin
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong attention to detail and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Open to recent graduates and experienced hygienists

Knowledge & Skills

• In-depth knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and instruments
• Proficiency in dental software and patient charting
• Solid understanding of infection control and safety standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
