Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional preventive dental care and cleanings to patients
• Assess patients' oral health and report findings to the dentist
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and care
• Take and develop dental X-rays as needed
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure instruments are sterilized
• Collaborate with the dental team to create a comfortable patient experience

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Wisconsin (WI)
• CPR/BLS certification
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and best practices
• Comfortable using dental software and digital imaging systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• A friendly, approachable demeanor that puts patients at ease
