Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Monitor patient vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition, reporting changes promptly
• Collaborate with registered nurses, physicians, and the care team to ensure optimal outcomes
• Document patient care thoroughly and maintain accurate medical records
• Assist residents with daily living activities and promote their dignity and independence

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Pennsylvania in good standing
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• A genuine passion for caring for others

Knowledge & Skills

• Medication administration and documentation
• Patient assessment and vital sign monitoring
• Wound care and basic nursing procedures
• Compassionate and empathetic bedside manner
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
