Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care in accordance with care plans and physician orders
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor patient vital signs and promptly report changes to the healthcare team
• Document patient assessments and care delivered in the electronic health record
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other team members to ensure positive patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on health management and follow-up care

Qualifications

• Current, active LPN license in the state of Georgia
• BLS certification (American Heart Association) required
• Compassionate, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• New graduates and experienced LPNs are encouraged to apply
