Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time
• Monitor vital signs and promptly report any changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver personalized care plans
• Document patient care thoroughly and maintain accurate medical records
• Educate patients and their families on health management and treatment plans

Qualifications

• Current and active LPN license in the state of Alabama
• BLS certification (or ability to obtain before start)
• New graduates are welcome to apply - no prior experience required
• Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 or have an approved medical or religious exemption

• Medication administration and wound care
