Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care as an LPN in a healthcare facility
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document patient progress
• Assist patients with daily activities while promoting independence and dignity
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to implement care plans
• Educate patients and families on treatments, medications, and post-care instructions
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the state of New Mexico
• Current BLS/CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
• Completion of COVID-19 vaccination series or approved medical/religious exemption per facility policy
• Ability to pass background check and pre-employment screenings
• Compassionate and dependable team player with strong clinical skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Medication administration and dosage calculations
• Patient assessment and vital sign monitoring
• Electronic health record (EHR) documentation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols
