Candidate Pay Rate: $16 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate hands-on care to residents
Assist with daily living activities to enhance quality of life
Monitor patient health and report changes promptly
Collaborate with the healthcare team for optimal outcomes
Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all

Qualifications

Active LNA license in VT or NH
COVID-19 vaccine or approved exemption
Reliable personal transportation due to limited public options
Commitment to every other weekend
Ready to dive into a new opening at Mountain View Center

Education

Valid Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) licensure in Vermont or New Hampshire

Knowledge & Skills

Patient care fundamentals
Vital signs monitoring
Infection control practices
Team collaboration and communication
Empathy and attention to detail
