Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily living assistance to residents and patients
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning for comfort and safety
• Support feeding, bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene needs
• Document care provided accurately and maintain patient records
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the best outcomes

Qualifications

• Active LNA certification in New Hampshire or Vermont
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• COVID-19 vaccination or documented medical/religious exemption
• Ability to work night shifts including weekends
• Previous experience in long-term care or acute care preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lift and transfer patients safely
• Attention to detail for accurate documentation
