Candidate Pay Rate: $22 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate direct patient care that makes a real difference
Assist with daily living activities to enhance resident comfort and independence
Monitor vital signs and report changes promptly to ensure top-notch care
Collaborate with the healthcare team to support healing and well-being
Maintain a clean and safe environment for all residents

Qualifications

Active LNA license in VT or NH
Current certifications including BLS
Commitment to providing exceptional patient-centered care

Education

Completion of approved LNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical skills as a Licensed Nursing Assistant
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Empathy and patience in fast-paced settings
