Roles & Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily living activities to promote comfort and dignity
Provide compassionate personal care and support throughout each shift
Help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all residents
Collaborate with nursing staff to deliver high-quality resident care
Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the care team

Qualifications

Active LNA license in New Hampshire or Vermont
Current CPR certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compassionate approach to resident care

Knowledge & Skills

Resident care and assistance techniques
Infection control and safety protocols
Effective communication with residents and staff
Documentation and reporting skills
Team collaboration in a care setting
