Location: Rochester, New Hampshire
Start Date: 08-10-2026
End Date: 11-02-2026
Contract Type: Contract
Shift Type: Shift 2, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, every other weekend required
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $21 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Take and record vital signs accurately and report changes to nursing staff
- Support residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure comfort and safety
- Observe and document resident condition and behavior, communicating any concerns promptly
- Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support to residents and families
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment in accordance with infection control protocols
- Collaborate with the care team to deliver personalized, high-quality care
Qualifications
- Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification in New Hampshire or Vermont
- Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
- Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus, but new grads are welcome
- Must provide a state or federal issued ID for badging
- Must have completed COVID-19 vaccination or hold a documented medical/religious exemption (additional doses as required by law)
- Compassionate, reliable, and committed to quality resident care
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of resident care techniques and safety practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Attention to detail for accurate documentation and vital signs
- Empathy and patience when caring for others
- Basic computer skills for electronic health records
