Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate patient care and assist with activities of daily living
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes to nursing staff
• Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable patient environment
• Support patients with personal hygiene and grooming
• Document patient interactions accurately and timely

Qualifications

• Active LNA certification in the state of New Hampshire
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach
• Ability to work flexible per diem hours
• Previous experience as an LNA preferred but not required

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail in patient care
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Physical stamina to assist patients with mobility
• Empathy and emotional resilience
