Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in performing complex angiography examinations and interventional radiology procedures
• Prepare and position patients for procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout
• Operate GE Innova imaging equipment to capture high-quality diagnostic images
• Collaborate with radiologists and fellow technologists to deliver exceptional patient care
• Maintain meticulous documentation and adhere to radiation safety protocols

Qualifications

• Current ARRT certification as a Radiologic Technologist
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Experience with line placements, angiograms, kyphoplasty, and percutaneous nephrostomy
• Familiarity with GE Innova equipment preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Comprehensive knowledge of interventional radiology and angiography techniques
• Proficient in operating GE Innova imaging systems
• Strong patient assessment and monitoring skills
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
• Understanding of sterile technique and contrast media administration
