Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional dental prophylaxis and periodontal therapy to patients
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
- Take and develop dental X-rays to assist in diagnosis
- Document patient dental histories and treatment plans accurately
- Collaborate with the dentist to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care
- Sterilize and prepare dental instruments and treatment rooms
Qualifications
- Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of Wisconsin
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- New graduates encouraged to apply
Knowledge & Skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and instruments
- Understanding of infection control and sterilization protocols
- Skill in patient education and positive chairside manner
- Ability to use dental software for charting and documentation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
