Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional dental prophylaxis and periodontal therapy to patients
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
• Take and develop dental X-rays to assist in diagnosis
• Document patient dental histories and treatment plans accurately
• Collaborate with the dentist to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care
• Sterilize and prepare dental instruments and treatment rooms

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of Wisconsin
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• New graduates encouraged to apply

Knowledge & Skills

• Comprehensive knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and instruments
• Understanding of infection control and sterilization protocols
• Skill in patient education and positive chairside manner
• Ability to use dental software for charting and documentation
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
