Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the lead dentist during a variety of procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow and a comfortable patient experience.
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments to maintain the highest standards of safety and cleanliness.
• Take and develop dental X-rays, and perform basic lab tasks as directed.
• Provide exceptional patient care by explaining procedures and addressing any questions or concerns.
• Manage patient records and schedule appointments to keep the office running efficiently.

Qualifications

• Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or equivalent training preferred.
• Prior experience in a dental office is a plus, but we're happy to train the right candidate.
• Current CPR certification is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a caring demeanor.

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization protocols.
• Familiarity with dental software and patient records.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with digital X-ray systems.
