Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional preventive dental care to patients
• Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and polishing procedures
• Take and develop dental x-rays with precision
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care techniques
• Maintain a sterile, safe, and organized operatory
• Document patient care accurately and maintain confidentiality

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Pennsylvania
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Experience in dental hygiene procedures and patient care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to infection control and patient safety standards

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental hygiene instruments and equipment
• Proficiency in dental radiography and digital imaging
• Understanding of OSHA and infection control protocols
• Strong patient education and motivational interviewing skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a dental team
