Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and record vital signs, promptly reporting any changes to the nursing team
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
• Document care provided accurately and maintain confidentiality
• Support residents with mobility and transfer needs, ensuring safety at all times

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification (preferred)
• Ability to provide state or federal identification and pass a background check
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
• Flexibility to work per diem shifts based on facility needs

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care principles and safety protocols
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary care team
• Empathy, patience, and attention to detail in resident care
• Understanding of HIPAA and resident privacy regulations
