Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist pediatric dentists during exams, procedures, and treatments
• Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and treatment rooms
• Take dental X-rays and impressions for young patients
• Educate children and parents on proper oral hygiene techniques
• Maintain accurate patient records and update dental charts
• Create a welcoming, calm environment to help kids feel at ease

Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin dental assistant license or registration required
• Radiology/X-ray certification required
• CPR/BLS certification preferred
• Prior experience in pediatric dentistry is a plus
• A genuine passion for working with children

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and terminology
• Comfort using digital X-ray and dental software systems
• Strong communication skills with children, parents, and team members
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a friendly, fast-paced environment
