Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate dental hygiene care during half-hour patient appointments
• Deliver thorough cleanings while focusing on patient comfort and oral health
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
• Collaborate with a dedicated dental assistant for a smooth workflow
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming clinical environment
• Contribute to a positive patient experience from check-in to check-out

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in New Jersey
• A caring, patient-first approach to every interaction
• Ability to work efficiently within a structured appointment schedule
• Strong communication skills to connect with patients and team members
• Dedication to maintaining high standards of infection control and safety
• Comfortable collaborating with dental assistants and other staff

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in dental cleanings and prophylaxis
• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization protocols
• Understanding of oral health conditions and patient education
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced clinical environment
