Shift Type: Friday, 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM NOC
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $32 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, compassionate nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting
- Administer medications, treatments, and monitor vital signs with a keen eye
- Partner with nurses, aides, and providers to create resident-centered care plans
- Document accurately and thoroughly so the whole team stays in sync
- Be a reassuring presence for residents and their families during evening hours
- Speak up for residents and help maintain a safe, comfortable environment
Qualifications
- Active LPN or RN license in the state of Maine
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or geriatrics is a plus
- COVID-19 vaccination or an approved medical or religious exemption
- Ability to work the scheduled 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM shift and adapt to resident needs
Knowledge & Skills
- Solid clinical skills in assessments, medication administration, and wound care
- Clear communication and a knack for putting residents at ease
- Teamwork and collaboration across the care continuum
- Strong documentation and EHR proficiency
- Compassion, patience, and a sense of humor
