Candidate Pay Rate: $35 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist the orthodontist chairside during exams and procedures
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms
- Take and mount dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed
- Educate patients on orthodontic care and oral hygiene
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes
- Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
Qualifications
- Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) preferred
- Current X-ray certification required
- CPR/BLS certification is a plus
- Previous orthodontic assisting experience preferred
- A friendly, compassionate, and professional demeanor
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of dental instruments, materials, and sterilization techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Comfortable with dental practice management software
