Shift Type: Day shift, 10-hour shifts with start times at 6:30 AM, 7:00 AM, or 7:30 AM. Weekdays with weekend call rotation as required.

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform X-ray imaging on patients across all floors, the emergency department, and surgical suites
• Operate radiologic equipment including GE, Carestream portables, OEC C-Arms, and O-Arm
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to deliver accurate diagnostic images
• Maintain equipment and troubleshoot technical issues as needed
• Participate in call rotation to provide 24/7 imaging coverage

Qualifications

• Valid ARRT (R) certification in Radiography
• California Fluoro Permit and California Radiology License (required)
• Current BLS certification (required)
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as an X-ray Tech
• Experience with C-arms, portables, and O-arm is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in general radiology and R&F procedures
• Experience with portable X-ray equipment (Carestream)
• Comfortable using Cerner charting system
• Ability to work in a fast-paced acute care environment
