Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Friday-Sunday, 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM NOC
Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care and assistance with activities of daily living
- Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes to the nursing team
- Help residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning for safety and comfort
- Maintain a clean and hygienic environment while following infection control protocols
- Communicate openly with residents, families, and healthcare staff to ensure quality care
- Support the nursing team by documenting care accurately and promptly
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in New Mexico
- New graduates and experienced CNAs alike are welcome to apply
- Must have completed COVID-19 vaccination or have a documented religious/medical exemption
- Valid government-issued identification and ability to wear a photo badge
- Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to help others
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of basic patient care and safety protocols
- Skill in monitoring vital signs and documenting observations
- Understanding of infection control and hygiene practices
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to stay calm and respond effectively in changing situations
- Empathy for residents needing daily support
