Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) - Travel
Location: Rochester, NH
Start Date: 08-24-2026
End Date: 11-01-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Shift 2, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, every other weekend
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $21 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide warm, compassionate daily care to residents including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Take and record vital signs, and observe changes in residents' conditions to report to nursing staff
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to keep residents safe and comfortable
- Support residents during meals, including feeding assistance and hydration monitoring
- Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment that promotes dignity
- Document care provided accurately and communicate clearly with the care team
Qualifications
- Active LNA certification in VT or NH - we want your skills
- Completion of a state-approved nursing assistant training program
- Current BLS/CPR certification is a plus (but not always required)
- COVID-19 vaccination or documented medical/religious exemption
- A compassionate heart and a team-player attitude
- Ability to pass a background check and provide valid identification
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of resident care techniques and daily living assistance
- Skill in monitoring vitals and recognizing changes in condition
- Understanding of infection control and safety protocols
- Excellent communication skills with residents, families, and team members
- Ability to lift and transfer residents using proper body mechanics
- Comfortable using electronic documentation systems
