Licensed Practical Nurse/Registered Nurse - Per Diem
Location: Camden, ME
Start Date: 08-27-2026
Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: Night shift (NOC), 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM, includes 30-minute meal break
Candidate Pay Rate: $32 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care in accordance with care plans
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Monitor residents' conditions and communicate changes to the care team
- Document care provided and observations in electronic health records
- Collaborate with CNAs, nurses, and providers to ensure quality outcomes
- Respond promptly to changes in resident status and emergencies
Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted Maine LPN or RN license
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption per facility policy
- Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or geriatrics preferred
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Medication administration and dosage calculation
- Resident assessment and care planning
- Electronic health record (EHR) documentation
- Infection control and safety protocols
- Team collaboration and delegation
- Compassionate, patient-centered communication
