Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide gentle, thorough dental cleanings and preventive care to help patients maintain healthy smiles
• Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits
• Take and process dental X-rays with care and precision
• Assist the dentist during exams and procedures to ensure a smooth patient experience
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes
• Follow strict infection control and sterilization protocols to ensure a safe environment

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of Wisconsin
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Excellent chairside manner and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a dental team
• Experience in dental hygiene is preferred but new graduates with strong clinical skills are welcome

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and instruments
• Skilled in taking and interpreting dental radiographs
• Familiarity with dental practice management software
• Understanding of OSHA and infection control standards
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach
